Minimum Disclosures for all Vendors and Contractors includes a compilation of required disclosures from federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and grant award requirements. This is a reference tool provided to assist early education entities in supporting POs or preparing contracts and other agreements. Each party shall perform its obligations in accordance with the following listed terms and conditions for the Purchase Order (PO) or contract.

The party that executes a PO, contract, or other agreement funded by federal or state grant program funds retains all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
